Cricketbot

This webpage documents the work done for the Spring 2006 Mechatronics project of Jeff Krol, Jessica Cole, Helya Azari and Louis Holub. The main goals of our project were to create a robot that incorporated text-to-speech capabilities, indoor GPS via crickets and color camera/obstacle avoidance. The actual implementation of our project created a robot that followed colored balls, indentified their location with the cricket information and spoke the color and location.
